BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS

Two luxurious cottages. Both have the same distribution, dimensions and decoration but are independent. Each one has a capacity of 10 places, distributed in 5 spacious bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms with 1,50m bed and 3 double rooms. In total there are 8 beds available for each house.

One of the double rooms with a bathroom is on the ground floor. Ideal for people with reduced mobility. Of the 5 rooms, 4 have ensuite bathrooms. All the rooms are different, decorated in their own style, with antique furniture which has been carefully restored and there are beautiful wooden floors and ceilings throughout.

There are 4 bathrooms, 2 with baths and 2 with showers. On the ground floor there is one with a shower. During the day it can be used by everyone and at night, by closing a sliding door it is integrated into the double room. The other 3 are on the second floor. There are two with a bath in the double bedrooms and a third with a shower in a double bedroom.

KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM

The kitchen is spacious, bright and very well equipped. We try to make it like your home as much as possible. It comes equipped with all washing agents and materials so you do not have to buy anything in this regard (dishwasher tablets, washing powder, rubbish bags, kitchen roll, etc.).

Everything is designed so that 10 people can be totally comfortable. Both are directly connected to the porch. There is a very large sliding glass door, and when the porch area is open its becomes one with the dining room.

The porch is south facing. It is very spacious and has two areas. The barbecue area, with a very large table, where families, if it is warn enough, can enjoy all their meals. The other area of ​​the porch is furnished with armchairs to be able to relax with a drink  after meals or simply switch off and read a good book.

The garden surrounding the whole house is totally flat so it can be used to the maximum without any risk. The floor of the porch is at the same height as the garden to avoid falls or trips, is south-facing.

The parking area is at the back of the garden and is secure and well-lit if arriving at night.

The village of Poo is two kilometres from Llanes. It is a privileged area. We had been looking for four years until we found this location. The village of Poo has one of the safest and most beautiful beaches in Asturias, and it is only 15 minutes on foot or less than 5 minutes by car.

From the accommodation, without needing to take the car, there are kilometres and kilometres of rural paths, so you can walk to the village of Porrua and from there to the forest of Mañanga. You can also access the coastal paths which lead to the nearest beaches and incredible cliffs.

There is a holm oak forest behind the houses and they are surrounded by small farms with flocks of sheep and cows. There are neighbors and nearby the Poo restaurants. The tranquility of the area is the same on November 15th as on August 15th. There is no traffic in front of the house and the road ends in front of the cottages.

Llanes is an ideal location to get to know both the province of Asturias and Cantabria. We are right in the middle of the two capitals, Oviedo and Santander, both just over an hour by car. The different accesspoints to the “Picos de Europa” National Park: Covadonga, Cabrales and Potes are 45 minutes away. You can take several different day trips to the coastal towns of both provinces (Ribadesella, Lastres, Comillas, Santilla del Mar). If the weather is right, within a distance of 15 km, we can choose between more than 30 beaches .
