The apartament

Apartment in Llanes, located on the third floor of the building. It’s exterior, with lots of light. It has a large terrace totally surrounding it. You can enjoy beautiful views of the town and the mountains.

It is ideal for a couple with a child. The apartment has a double room with a queen-sized bed and a single room with a trundle bed. Ideal for 3 people, when you remove the lower mattress of the trundle bed, it occupies the entire width of the room, so it is not comfortable for two adults, for an extended stay. In this case, we think our 4 people apartments of, “Playa de Toro” and “Playa del Sablón” are more appropriate.

It has a fully furnished bathroom with bath. The open plan layout of the fully-equipped kitchen and dining room has been designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

All our accommodation has broadband internet via wifi. The price offered includes a garage parking, as well as a weekly change of bed linen and towels.

Cleaning service is optional at 12 € an hour.

The apartment is located on the third floor of a building next to the “Playa del Sablón” in the centre of Llanes, in a quiet area behind the Town Hall. It is an ideal location for families and people with reduced mobility, since everything is within walking distance.

In a radius of 200 meters from our apartments we have:

• The stunning beach of “Playa del Sablón”.
• The cliff walk of “Paseo de San Pedro”.
• The medical centre with a 24h emergency service.
• A children’s park.
• A wide range of small shops and supermarkets.
• The old town with a variety of restaurants and cider bars.

The Cantabrian motorway connects Llanes to all the main points of tourist interest in Asturias and Cantabria. It is exactly halfway between Santander and Oviedo. In less than 45 minutes the main access points to the National Park of the Picos de Europa: CovadongaCabrales and Potes can be reached.

The Municipality of Llanes has more than 30 beaches, all within 15 km from the accommodation.

In addition, due to the excellent motorway the most beautiful coastal towns of both provinces (RibadesellaLastresComillas and Santillana del Mar) can be reached in less than half an hour.
