San Antolín Beach Apartment

The largest of our apartments in Llanes, next to the beach of Sablón, has a large terrace of 80m2. It is located on the ground floor of the building.

It has an area of ​​95m2 divided into a large living room of 25 m2, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and a bedroom with a queen sized bed. Fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bath).

The terrace has a large awning, garden furniture and is south facing. It also has very good lighting to enjoy it at night.

The parking space, included in the price, is connected by elevator to the apartment, there is also a weekly change of bed linen and towels and access to broadband internet via free WIFI.

Optional cleaning service at a price of € 12 per hour.

Our apartments are located in the centre of Llanes, in a quiet area behind the Town Hall. Its location is ideal for families and elderly people, since everything is nearby.

In a radius of 200 meters from our apartments there is:

• The stunning beach of “Playa del Sablón”.
• The cliff walk of “Paseo de San Pedro”.
• The medical centre with a 24h emergency service.
• A children’s park.
• A wide range of small shops and supermarkets.
• The old town with a variety of restaurants and cider bars.

Llanes is in the ideal place to get to know both the province of Asturias and Cantabria. We are right in the middle of the two capitals, Oviedo and Santander, which are both just over an hour away by car. The different access points to the “Picos de Europa” National Park: Covadonga, Cabrales and Potes are only 45 minutes away. Several different day trips can be made to the picturesque coastal towns (Ribadesella, Lastres, Comillas, Santillana del Mar). If the weather permits, within 15 kms, we can choose between more than 30 stunning beaches.
