La Franca Beach Apartment

Spacious apartment in Llanes, 90 m2, next to the Beach of Sablón. Ideal for families with children or a group of friends.

It has an independent, fully-equipped, kitchen furnished to detail and two complete bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath. It is located on the third floor and has two terraces with views of the sea, the town and the mountains.

The apartment has three bedrooms: one double room with twin beds, one double room with a queen-sized bed and one with a trundle bed. Ideal for 5 people, because when you remove the lower mattress of the trundle bed, it occupies the entire width of the room, so it is not comfortable for two adults, for an extended stay. In this case, we think our 6 people apartment , “San Antolín Beach” is more appropriate.

It has a garage space (included in the price), as well as a weekly change of bed linen and towels. Access to broadband internet via free WIFI.

The apartment is located on the third floor of the building next to the “Playa del Sablón” in the centre of Llanes, in a quiet area behind the Town Hall. It is an ideal location for families and people with reduced mobility, since everything is within walking distance.

In a radius of 200 meters from our apartments there is:

• The stunning beach of “Playa del Sablón”.
• The cliff walk of “Paseo de San Pedro”.
• The medical centre with a 24h emergency service.
• A children’s park.
• A wide range of small shops and supermarkets.
• The old town with a variety of restaurants and cider bars.

Llanes is in the ideal situation to get to know both the province of Asturias and Cantabria. We are right in the middle of the two capitals, Oviedo and Santander, which are both just over an hour by car.

The different accesses to the “Picos de Europa” National Park: Covadonga, Cabrales and Potes are only 45 minutes away. Several different day trips can be made to the picturesque coastal towns (Ribadesella, Lastres, Comillas, Santillana del Mar). If the weather permits, within 15 km, we can choose between more than 30 stunning beaches.
