Sablón Beach Apartment

Our apartment in Llanes with the best sea view. Located 150 metres from the Beach of Sablón. It has two large terraces with direct access both from the two bedrooms and from the living room.

The apartment has two bedrooms: a double room with a queen-sized bed and a double room with twin beds. All mattresses are the high-end brand, Relax. A full bathroom with a bath. The open plan layout of the fully-equipped kitchen and dining room has been designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The price of the apartment includes a garage parking space. We also offer a weekly change of bed linen and towels, and broadband internet access via free WIFI.

After booking, you can hire the optional cleaning service at the price of 12 euros per hour.

The apartment is located on the third floor of the building next to the “Playa del Sablón” in the centre of Llanes, in a quiet area behind the Town Hall. It is an ideal location for families and people with reduced mobility, since everything is within walking distance.

In a radius of 200 meters from our apartments there is:

• The stunning beach of “Playa del Sablón”.
• The cliff walk of “Paseo de San Pedro”.
• The medical centre with a 24h emergency service.
• A children’s park.
• A wide range of small shops and supermarkets.
• The old town with a variety of restaurants and cider bars.

Llanes is in the ideal situation to get to know both the province of Asturias and Cantabria. We are right in the middle of the two capitals, Oviedo and Santander, which are both just over an hour by car.

The different accesses to the “Picos de Europa” National Park: Covadonga, Cabrales and Potes are only 45 minutes away. Several different day trips can be made to the picturesque coastal towns (Ribadesella, Lastres, Comillas, Santillana del Mar). If the weather permits, within 15 km, we can choose between more than 30 stunning beaches.
